    A: $20 pet rent per pet 1 Pet- $43.75 non-refundable Sure Deposit plus $250 non-refundable pet fee 2 Pets- $87.50 non-refundable Sure Deposit plus $500 non-refundable pet fee

  • Q: What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

    A: Valid not expired photo ID or Driver's License.

  • Q: What are your fees and monthly charges?

    A: Trash $25, Water, and Pest control.

  • Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?

    A: 3 times the monthly rent and full credit and background check.

  • Q: What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

    A: 2 most recent paystubs, Valid offer letter, Bank Statements with the full amount of rent per the lease term as available balance.

  • Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

    A: You may stay but the roommate may not.

  • Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?

    A: $1000 Refundable or Sure Deposit Option.

  • Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

    A: You may but proper procedure needs to be followed for it not to hurt your credit.

  • Q: Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

    A: Yes, but there will be a premium added to the rent to do so.

  • Q: What utilities are included in my lease?

    A: No Utilities included.

  • Q: Do you accept leases for short terms?

    A: If overridden by upper management.

  • Q: Am I required to have renters insurance?

    A: Yes, $100,000.

  • Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?

    A: No

  • Q: Do you offer corporate apartments?

    A: No

  • Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

    A: Submit a work order through the front office or your resident portal.

  • Q: When is my rent payment due?

    A: Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th.

  • Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

    A: The 4th.

  • Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

    A: The Onesite resident portal will accept electronic payments.

  • Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

    A: No

  • Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

    A: If there is someone that is staying with you for longer than 2 days they are required to fill out an application and be put on the lease.

  • Q: Do you have reserved parking?

    A: Covered parking and garages are available.

  • Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

    A: In a single space parking spot.

  • Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

    A: Yes. Please check with management for additional policies regarding satellite dishes.

    A: AT&T

  • Q: Does the property have a fitness center?

    A: Yes, 24 hours.

  • Q: Does the property have a swimming pool?

    A: Yes, the property has one swimming pool.

  • Q: Does the property offer on-site recycling?

    A: No

  • Q: Are gas grills permitted at your property?

    A: No

  • Q: Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

    A: No

  • Q: Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

    A: Yes but needs to be painted back the way it was otherwise we will charge.
